Pacific Keep was launched in February of 2015. We strive to be a missional community that is outwardly focused while being aware of our own internal struggles. We believe God works with imperfect people to perform a perfect work of reconciliation. This process happens in community where people are open and striving to be disciples of Jesus.
Why Call it Pacific Keep ?
We believe that God has called us to be missional in Spokane. If God decided to save the world by sending Jesus, who then sent the Holy Spirit and the Church, then we are to be sent into our communities. We live in the Pacific Northwest, thus the term “Pacific” signifies the place, God has put us. We also believe that God is our refuge and fortress (Keep), in whom we trust (Psalm 91). It is through the living out of our faith in our local place, that people will know Jesus.
